Sustainable Packaging with Aqa Lite
Aqa Lite, one of our brands and a full flavoured drink without sugar, aligns perfectly with our sustainability goals. A commitment to using natural ingredients and recyclable packaging has made them a valuable brand partner.
Recently, Aqa Lite transitioned from being produced in China to being produced locally in New Zealand. This change was driven by the desire to use New Zealand’s superior water quality and to switch to sustainable packaging, moving from non-recyclable packaging used in China to recyclable materials sourced locally. WAC supported this transition by coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth supply chain operations, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable practices.
Eco-Friendly Practices
We partner with brands that prioritise sustainability. This includes sourcing products from companies that employ ethical practices and environmentally friendly processes. Our goal is to bring products to market that not only meet consumer needs but also contribute positively to the environment.
Looking ahead, WAC aims to achieve B Corporation Certification, reflecting our commitment to social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. We are also focused on reducing our carbon footprint and enhancing our recycling programmes.
